Applied Athletics as a Form of Physical Education for People with Combined Disabilities

Physical activities are a very important parts of human life considering both recreational and top performance sport activities. Sporting activities are often for disabled people key importance not only for sport itself, but they particularly allow social contact, and further they represent main content of a life together with quality life improvement. Deliberately aimed physical education becomes a basic necessity of life. One of the sports that people with multiple disabilities can attend all year round is applied athletics, which can lead to mitigating the effects of health impairment and increase functional performance and overall fitness. In practice, it is a realization of simple athletic elements, hurdle races, modified athletic disciplines, optionally exercises with fitness equipment.

Liability for defects of a share or shares of stock ABSTRACT This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of legal and contractual liability for defects of a share or shares of stock and with the definition of its qualities focusing on the legislation of the purchase. Due to the fact, that the number of executed transactions concerning a share or shares of stock reaches several hundred per year in the Czech Republic and the Czech legal system deals with the legislation of the share purchase agreement marginally, the number of disputes arises regarding their defects and the transferor's liability for them in practice. Therefore, I consider the topic of liability for defects of a share or shares of stock as a topical issue and appropriate to more detailed elaboration. Several research questions were asked e.g.: if a share of shares of stock can have the usual qualities or the usual purpose of use; if the qualities of the enterprise can be also the qualities of a share or shares of stocks directly by law; or if a shareholder of the business corporation can be considered as a consumer. In some issues that are controversial in legal theory or are not solved, or only marginally in the Czech legal system, a comparison with foreign legal doctrine, especially German and Austrian, is used to find solutions. Selected psychological personality attributes of bank employees

The aim of the thesis is to define selected psychological personality attributes of bank employees. The thesis describes the personality traits, particularly the characteristics such as extroversion, introversion, intuition, sensuality, reasonableness, circumspection etc. Their representation frequency had been examined within selected sample of respondents. The thesis also concerns with the charakter parts in companies and individual attributes of these parts. The conclusion part summarizes prevailing characteristics and describes those appropriate or essentials for bank employees. The knowledge findings might be relevant for the further practical application of HR stuff and be come their support while recruiting employees within the bank sector.
